Chenille UK is a trade only site offering bulk order services of high-quality chenille products with the safety and security of the UK consumer rights. It is a branch of Badge Design, a Bristol based company trading since 1983. We can offer chenille and faux-chenille badges and patches as well as faux-chenille embroidery. Unlike other company’s we produce bespoke designs to your specifications and we work with our customers to bring your creations to life with our in-house graphic designers

We offer a large array of different coloured chenille threads that we can used with a wide selection of felt backings in a variety of colours. Chenille brings a huge level of prestige to any product by having a two-party embroidery process, however this is reflected in the price.

Please note for chenille:

Minimum order is 100 badges
Sampling is via artwork and can be supplied but will add to the cost the lead time.
Designs typically have to be large and simple, any fine detail will be achieved using standard embroidery thread.
Small designs are unsuitable for chenille

We also have a large array of different coloured faux-chenille threads that we can used

with the same wide selection of felt backings in a variety of colours.

Please note for Faux-chenille:

No minimum order amount
Sampling is via artwork and can be supplied but will add to the cost the lead time.
Designs typically have to be large and simple, any fine detail will be achieved using standard embroidery thread.
Small designs are unsuitable for Faux-chenille
We can do direct embroidery onto garments in faux-chenille
